ICT for Future Jobs

I will make a summary of incredibly good information that you can find at European Schoolnet. I have done this for my students to make a profitable discussion this week about the future jobs. It suggested that 90% of jobs today in 2015 require some form of digital skills.

It also highlights some of the shortages that we might have

across Europe by 2020.

For example, it’s predicted that we might be short of 825 000 ICT

professionals. And if that wasn’t enough, it also predicts that we might be short of 215 000 eLeaders by 2020.

How will  the jobs of the future be like?
